For a long time now I have been unable to use the “Open In iFile” feature of iOS4, this feature pops up when I receive a file via email, open a file in safari or download a file using Safari Download Manager etc. The option appears saying I can open the file in “iFile” (Jailbroken Devices Only) or “Docs to Go” or the “Downloads App” however clicking on the “Open in iFile” button doesn’t do anything.

After searching the net today I have found a simple .deb file that can fix this (sourced from sinfuliphone.com user 64base, available on twitter as @greatnoob)
Download the file here and install it to your iDevice using iFile or Cydias auto-install folder and the problem will disappear!
